Lütfen sitemizi kullanmadan önce bu hizmet şartlarını dikkatlice okuyunuz. Şimşek Medya ("biz", "sitemiz") tarafından işletilen simsekmedya.net web sitesini ("Site") kullanarak, bu koşullara uymayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Eğer bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen sitemizi kullanmayınız.

1. Hizmetlerin Tanımı Şimşek Medya, kullanıcılara güncel haberler, makaleler, köşe yazıları ve diğer ilgili içerikleri sunan bir haber platformudur. Kullanıcılar bu içerikleri okuyabilir, yorum yapabilir ve siteye üye olabilirler.

2. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları (Telif Hakkı) Sitede yer alan tüm özgün metinler, haberler, fotoğraflar, videolar, grafikler, logolar ve diğer materyaller ("İçerik") Şimşek Medya'ya aittir ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır.

• İzinsiz Kullanım: İçeriğin tamamı veya bir kısmı, yazılı izin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya başka bir web sitesinde yayınlanamaz.
• İzinli Kullanım: İçeriğin kullanılması için yazılı izin alınması durumunda, içeriğin kullanıldığı yerde "Şimşek Medya" adı kaynak olarak belirtilmeli ve https://simsekmedya.net adresine aktif bir link verilmesi zorunludur.

3. Kullanıcı Davranışları ve Sorumlulukları Siteyi kullanan tüm kullanıcılar aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul eder:

• Yorumlarda veya kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan herhangi bir içerikte küfür, hakaret, aşağılayıcı ifadeler, nefret söylemi veya tehdit içeren bir dil kullanılamaz.
• Spam, reklam, promosyon veya ticari amaçlı içerik paylaşılamaz.
• Yasa dışı faaliyetleri teşvik eden, destekleyen veya tarif eden içerikler yayınlanamaz.
• Başkalarının kişisel bilgilerini (telefon numarası, adres, e-posta vb.) izinsiz olarak paylaşılamaz.
• Site yönetimi, bu kurallara uymayan yorumları veya içerikleri önceden haber vermeksizin düzenleme, silme veya yayınlamama hakkını saklı tutar.

4. Kullanıcı Hesapları

• Kullanıcılar, siteye üye olurken doğru ve güncel bilgiler vermekle yükümlüdür.
• Bir kişinin birden fazla hesap açmasına izin verilmekle birlikte, tek bir hesap kullanılması tavsiye edilir.
• Bir kullanıcının herhangi bir hesabı, bu sözleşmede belirtilen kuralların ihlali nedeniyle askıya alınır veya kapatılırsa, o kullanıcıya ait diğer tüm hesaplar da askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
• Hesap güvenliğinden kullanıcılar kendileri sorumludur.

5. Sorumluluğun Reddi Beyanı

• Genel Haberler: Sitemizde yayınlanan haber ve içeriklerin doğruluğu ve güncelliği için azami özen gösterilmekle birlikte, bilgilerdeki olası hata veya eksikliklerden Şimşek Medya sorumlu tutulamaz. Site "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır ve içeriğin kullanımından doğacak sonuçlardan kullanıcılar kendileri sorumludur.

6. Sözleşmenin Feshi Şimşek Medya, bu hizmet şartlarını ihlal eden herhangi bir kullanıcının siteye erişimini veya üyeliğini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.

7. Yetkili Hukuk ve Mahkeme Bu hizmet şartlarından doğacak her türlü uyuşmazlığın çözümünde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasası ve kanunları geçerlidir. Anlaşmazlıkların çözümü için Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin yetkili mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri görevlidir.

8. Koşullarda Değişiklik Şimşek Medya, bu hizmet şartlarını dilediği zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı andan itibaren geçerli olur.
